With the release of the new Marvel Ant Man trailer, I have decided to bring the helmet to life with the help of 3D printing. This model was created using Zbrush and 3D Studio max.
Finally the model is wearable.

the model was done in 3d studio max, but the slicing of the 9 parts was done in Rihno and i had the help of my colleagues Cemal
9 parts 3 front parts are connected together with glue. 4 parts are split at the back. The 2 antennas are separate and can be put together with the bottom part of the front mask. In order to assemble the front and the back part of the helmet that I built, I created a small extrusion on the top section of the front mask and a cavity on the back part that can allow a merging between them.
