Description
I wanted some bar clamps so i decided to use a common 3/4" dowel so that anybody could print this and make any size bar clamp they want. I made a slot for a 1/4"-20 nut so you can use any 1/4"-20 screw with it. You will need two reg nuts and a wing nut or three reg whatever you want.
To print this out you just lay the piece flat so that one should not require support and the other only needs it in the hex nut slot.
Printing Details
I printed on my Craftbot at .2mm heigh .4mm thick walls, .6mm top/bottom, 25% infill, 50mm/s, 210 degree head, 60 degree bed Print at 0.2 mm layer height, with 25% infill. This uses 18 g of filament and takes 67 minutes.
