Christmas Star Ornament with Removable Lid

I designed this ornament in OpenSCAD after looking for similar Christmas ornaments with my friend, Robbie Ferguson of Category5.tv, and didn't find one that met our needs. This one has a threaded top which requires threadlib.scad which is a free library to handle threading parts in OpenSCAD.
This ornament can hold your aromatic potpourri, LED lights, or whatever your imagination can come up with (stay safe!).
Sliced at 0.15mm layer height, printed in transparent PETG for a frosty bulb look, and scaled the lid to 98% to get a good fit. Robbie printed it in red PLA with similar results.
I went commando and printed without supports with the bulb upside-down on the print bed (90C bed, 240C nozzle, Matterhackers PETG). There was some cleanup to do after this, but it worked for me.
Robbie printed right-side-up with full supports on the outside of the bulb and a raft underneath the bulb and the lid. He couldn't get good adhesion on the lid without the raft.

Wonderful design - thank you! Just what I was hoping for. You took my vision and perfectly matched it to a design. A bit of back story: I wanted an ornament that was a diffuser to put aromatic orange peel in, with hopes that the scent would provide a safe but effective way to keep the kittens disinterested in the Christmas tree. ameriDroid did a great job creating this to spec. So far, it looks like it's actually working: They stay a good 2-feet away, and it's providing a nice scent to the room. Once they learn not to climb the tree, I plan to use it for other Christmassy scents (perhaps pine needles), or maybe even print a few more and put LED tea light candles in them. Thanks for a job well done! Printed with PLA+ filament. I used supports and a skirt for the bulb, and just a small deck for the lid (to help with adhesion). I printed the bulb at 100% and the lid at 98% for a great fit.
