This YoYo uses two Micro:Bits to enable digital comparisons and possible interaction between the two Micro:Bits, as well as more usual measurement experiments.
Accelerometer to detect speed and motion and look at 'wobble'.
Random Number Generator to explore the generation of random numbers from each Micro:Bit.
To experiemtn with generating linear length of each spin.
To experimant with generating patterns from the LED's whilst spinning. Etc. Etc.
There are just 7 parts. Three parts per side and one central connection 'spin-ring'.
All parts are tight push-fit with locating points. Size is 68mm x 60mm. It uses two AAA batteries connected in series to produce 3 volts. The maker would be required to connect two power connectors - one for each Micro:Bit, and to fabricate the metal end-points for the battery holders.
Printing should be relatively straight-forward with some support required. This has not been printed as this is a late entry, but I will endeavor to print and upload the results, but I do not have a Micro:Bit to test.
