Reincarnate your old lightbulbs back into... lightbulbs! But this time looking a lot cooler and re-usable! Using the same base as my Art Deco vase coupled with a 3mm LED, two CR 2032 batteries and some wire I've come up with this chic and elegant lamp. Lightweight and portable you could take it camping or you could just leave it looking great anywhere in your home. Parts are provided to fit both standard screw top or bayonet lightbulbs.

I've created a step-by-step infographic on how to hollow out your lightbulbs, an amzingly simple (and fun) process!
The bottom of the base has to be glued to the top of the base due to the vase's size, the 'holder' pieces do not need glueing. If you have a printer with a very tall build volume then you can mesh combine the 'top' and 'bottom', meaning no adhesive is required anywhere. No supports required for the base and minimal supports on the holder pieces.
