Wow, the colors were captured totally wrong in this photo. I tried to clean it up, but it really didn't work. Grey eSun PLA+ for the shell, a translucient ice blue for the inner shell and a dark translucent sparkly blue for the city. Oh, and I built a bit to go underneath to hold a disassembled flickering tealight.

My initial print of the city in the same translucent material that I used for the shell. This picture shows the correct color.

Gorgeous model! Prints well, and the result is awesome. I love it. For mine, I printed everything at 0.15mm layer height and 10% infill. You can use something as simple as 3D Builder(free win10) and use the split feature. I'm sure there are more robust software options but I have had very good results with multiple splits keeping both sides then matching up the best ones. Just an example with a single split but you can have as many as you want without having to take on the daunting task of learning Fusion 360 and the like. Doing that now but when I need a split 3D builder is just stupid simple.

I printed all the pieces, but the outer shell is too large. What percentage should I use to make it fit?

Sillky white PLA with neopixel is awesome!

The shell lights can be set to light up at random sequences. Looks awesome. Nice model!

Another amazing design! Printed the outer shell in Fillamentum Vertigo Grey, the inner shell in Fillamentum Iceland Blue, and the city in SUNLU Silk Silver. All were printed at 0.2mm layer height, and it is one of my more impressive-looking prints.

used a few WS2818 LEDs for the lighting and XTC 3D epoxy for the glossy finish. Looks really awesome, both in the dark and at day :)

Printed the moon on my Prusa, with colorfab XT for the inner part. The City was my first ever resin print. Love the model, turned out awesome!

I finally printed it, two of the pillars of the round house broke and the cheap PETG I got had so much stringing even though I dried it for like 5 hours. But it still looks amazing, hopefully I can print it with some other colors.
