I'm a mechanical design engineer in the military field. I recently survived larynx cancer, so I still have a tracheostomy tube in my neck. 3D Printing keeps me occupied and sane. My son got me my first printer as a gift. The printing bug only bit me after the radiation and chemo therapy effects wore off. Now it's happy days. It is wonderful to have a great community of tinkerers such as this.
