This is my entry for the Clickaloo design challenge.
I printed some of the Clickaloo parts from their website and tinkered a bit with them. It's a fun toy and reminded me of the good old times playing with K'nex and Lego.
Super fun to print these parts without support and if needed print some more.
When I watched the Maker's muse episode about the sphericons, I wanted to try and make one with Clickaloo. After some trial and error I found that a symmetric design was necessary and the large arcs in combination with the short 2 hole straights worked best to get the awesome meandering movement.
TIP: the orientation of the pins in the manual is important (easier to assemble).
No support needed, make sure to orient the objects for easy printing.
I printed these on layer height of 0.15mm and no infill.
