A quick bash at some of the Concordian Starborne Infantry inspired in no small part from the same place as the miniatures themselves: WWII American infantry! With the pack roll and the cover on the helmet I opted to borrow from an old US Marine painting guide of mine, and I quite like the result - you could say he's a real space marine, now! The armour I borrowed inspiration from the Fallout universe and another previous guide where I'd done slightly scratched, worn armour. This brave infantryman's equipment has probably seen more action than he has, been refitted and repainted a few times in its long service... The miniatures themselves are really neat, and I seriously like the dieselpunk look without them being super over the top sci-fi. They're fictional, but feasible; I'm halfway tempted to draw up a Konflikt '47 force with these guys, they're really very cool.
